After applying toner, take a cherry-sized amount with your fingertips and apply to five areas of the face (both cheeks, forehead, nose, chin), spreading evenly over the entire face. Use the middle and ring fingers for a gentle skin massage. (1) Draw spirals from the center of the forehead, lifting upwards, and press the temples. (3 times) (2) Lightly stroke down the sides of the nose (3 times), and apply slight pressure up and down on the sides of the nostrils. (6 times) (3) Lift the corners of the mouth upwards (3 times). (4) Start from the chin, divide the cheeks into three sections, and draw spirals outward and upward (3 times), pressing the temples at the end. Apply slightly more pressure on cheeks and jawline as they are prone to sagging. (5) Press the area under the start of the eyebrows and gently move around the eyes (3 times), pressing the temples at the end. Be gentle around the delicate eye area. Massage the neck and ears by adding a small amount of cream to the palms. For the neck, use the entire palm to stroke upwards from the bottom. Apply light pressure in the center of the neck and slightly more on the sides. For the ears, use the thumb and index finger to grip the earlobe, drawing spirals upwards with the thumb (3 times). Afterwards, gently wipe off with tissue paper. Spiral movements should go from the center of the face outward, moving upwards. Press areas like temples for about 3 seconds, applying and releasing pressure slowly. Spend about 3-5 minutes for the massage.
