You can use it with wet hands. Take 2-3 pumps of the product into your palm and blend it well with your fingertips into makeup products like foundation or skin impurities. After that, rinse it off with water or lukewarm water. If your hands or face are very wet, please lightly shake off the excess water before use. A cleanser is not necessary afterward, but if you prefer a refreshing finish, you can use a cleanser as well.
